RosyTale is a global digital platform dedicated to helping users discover, share, and savor stories, novels, and various creative content. These Terms of Service ("Terms")—together with our Privacy Policy and any other referenced documents—form the legal agreement governing your access to and use of RosyTale’s services.

By accessing or using any part of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must cease all use of RosyTale’s services immediately.

1. General Overview & Agreement Scope
2. The services provided by RosyTale ("Services") include, but are not limited to, our official website, mobile applications ("App"), and all associated features, functions, and content.
3. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Services, including users who:

• Register an account
• Browse content
• Post user-generated content
• Subscribe to premium services
• Your use of the Services constitutes a legally binding contract between you and RosyTale.

1. Acceptance & Modification of Terms
2. By using the Services, you explicitly agree to comply with these Terms and any updates or revisions made to them from time to time.
3. RosyTale reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion. If the modifications are material (i.e., significantly affect your rights or obligations), we will notify you through one or more of the following channels:

• In-app notifications
• Email to the address associated with your account
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
• All modified Terms shall take effect 14 days after the date of notification; if required by applicable law, the modifications shall take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the modified Terms shall be deemed your acceptance of the revised Terms.

   Prior Status：You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from using the Services by RosyTale.

Note: If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, company, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and that the entity agrees to comply with all provisions herein.
